    The whole family will enjoy the light and airy open plan living area; lounge/diner and kitchen located on the first floor. Unwind in the luxurious lounge on the plush corner sofa after a day of exploring. Cosy up by the new log burner on cooler evenings, or gather everyone around the large Smart TV for a movie night.

    The heart of the home is the stunning new kitchen, complete with top-of-the-range appliances including an electric oven with warming drawer, induction hob, Quooker tap, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Prepare feasts for the whole family with ease, then enjoy them together at the large dining table.
  • Unwind

    Upstairs, you'll find a luxurious master bedroom with a plush king-size bed, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The en-suite bathroom features a refreshing rainfall shower, hand wash basin and WC.

    On the ground floor, the second bedroom provides versatility. A king-size bed can be easily reconfigured into two twin beds, ideal for couples or friends travelling together. Both configurations offer ample storage and a Smart TV for cozy nights in.

    The third bedroom caters perfectly to families. This room boasts a king-size bed alongside bunk beds, comfortably accommodating parents and children. Just like the second bedroom, it features a Smart TV and plenty of storage for your belongings.

    Infants are well catered for with travel cot and a fitted stair gate which is located at top of stairs. There is also a booster seat, ideal for toddlers and small children ages three and up.

  • Refresh
    The family bathroom has recently been refurbished and offers a bath with rainfall shower over, illuminated mirror with Bluetooth capabilities, wash hand basin and WC.
  • Outside
    Start your day with a cup of coffee in the charming, shared courtyard with a private table and chairs for four, a lovely spot to soak up the Cornish air.
