  • Relax

    Two separate living rooms ensure there will be no arguing over what you’re watching on the TV at the end of a long day exploring the West Country. Both living rooms offer luxurious sofas and large smart TVs with Netflix included for your use.

  • Dine

    The larger kitchen in Trevelyan is ideal for preparing meals for the whole group. It boasts a large fridge/freezer, microwave, gas range oven and hob, Dulce Gusto coffee machine and dishwasher. There is also a separate utility room with a washing machine for your convenience.

    A second, newly installed kitchen in Trevayla provides additional options for meal prep. It includes an electric oven and induction hob, under-counter fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine.

    There are two separate dining areas: a large table in Trevelyan with benches that seat six, and a smaller table in Trevayla that seats three.

  • Unwind

    There are five comfortable bedrooms across the two properties.

    The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed.

    The third bedroom has two single beds, and the fourth and fifth bedrooms each have a single bed.

    The fifth bedroom also offers direct access to the private garden. It is important to note that access between the two properties is through a connecting door in the single bedrooms.

  • Refresh

    The family bathroom features a bath and a separate wet room with rainfall shower. There is also a hand wash basin and WC.

    There's also a shower room with a large walk-in shower, hand wash basin, and WC.

    Additionally, a guest cloakroom with a hand wash basin and WC is located near the main kitchen.

  • Outside
    You will have a choice of delightful private gardens to enjoy. The larger features a tiered design with an outdoor wood fire and dining area. The second garden has a large L-shaped sofa, armchair, and dining table with chairs for three.

  • Access Statement – Trevayla is accessed via a flight of stone stairs to the front door consisting of three large steps. Trevelyan is accessed via a flight of stone stairs to the front door consisting of seven steps.
  • No Dogs
  • Please note, the connecting door between these two holiday homes is located between the ground floor single bedrooms. You will need to pass through these bedrooms to access each side for the property.
