The open plan living/kitchen/dining area is located on the top floor, the room opens via two sets of bi fold doors on to a full-length balcony overlooking the glorious ever-changing view across the Harbour and beach. To the rear of the living area is a door out to a charming terrace, a lovely spot to catch the morning sun.
The living area boasts doors to the balcony, a large comfy sofa and TV.
The contemporary kitchen has high quality Miele appliances and high gloss units, including an electric oven and hob, combination microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine which takes Dolce Gusto pods, Quooker tap and waste disposal unit.
The dining area has a large table with seating for up to eight guests.
Also on this floor is a cloakroom with wash basin and WC.
The luxurious principal bedroom is on the first floor with a king size bed, an opulent free-standing feature bath and television. The addition of an en suite with wash basin and WC makes this a wonderful self-contained suite.
Bedroom two is on the second floor with a double bed and television.
The third bedroom also on the second floor is a delightful room with a feature stone wall, twin beds and television.
