The open plan living/dining area is situated on the ground floor and includes two leather sofas: one three-seater and one two-seater, and a large smart TV. The countryside views from the large window overlook the beautiful Rosewall Hill.

The modern, spacious, handle less kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, microwave, double electric oven, four ring gas hob, Nespresso coffee machine and frother, dishwasher and washing machine.

There is a small kitchen table which seats up to three guests.

A futher dining table is located in the open plan living/dining room and comfortably seats up to six guests. Perfect for large family dinners or for that special occasion.
Unwind

The master bedroom offers a super king-sized bed, wall mounted smart TV and ample storage. There is also an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in rainfall shower, heated towel rail, wash-hand basin, and WC.

The second bedroom has a king-sized bed, ample storage and a wall mounted smart TV. This bedroom is suitable for one guest due to the location of the bed.

The third bedroom, has two single beds, ample storage and a wall mounted smart TV.

There is a family bathroom with a bath and an overhead rainfall shower, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.

There is an ensuite shower room, heated towel rail, wash-hand basin, and WC.

There is also a downstairs cloakroom with WC and wash-hand basin.
Outside

There is a delightful private, enclosed garden with a small patio area to the front, a wonderful sanctuary where you can enjoy a glass of wine, dine al fresco, and enjoy the Cornish sunshine.

There is a small, gravelled area to the back, ideal for hanging your wetsuit after a busy beach day, as well room to store all your beach equipment.
