Access Statement – Access to Mariner’s Belle is flat from the path with no steps to the front door. Inside the front door there is one step down into the kitchen area and a further three steps down to access the bedrooms and bathroom. Please note, Mariner's Belle is a traditional fisherman's cottage and some ceiling heights are restricted.
