  • Access – Sea Vista is a penthouse positioned at the top of St Margaret’s development in Carbis Bay. Guests can access the apartment via the front communal door before choosing to take the two flights of stairs up to the top floor or the lift. St Margaret’s does offer a lift access, however this should not be solely relied upon if there is a maintenance/fault as guests will need to use the stairs.
