It is a few minutes’ walk from the RSPB Hayle Estuary Nature Reserve and offers easy access to West Cornwall, allowing guests to visit further afield attractions such as Land’s End, St Michael’s Mount and the Lizard Peninsula.

The second bedroom also provides a fitted wardrobe and bedside tables. Zip and link beds provide two single beds or a superking size bed. These beds can be configured to your own requirements.

The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin.

There is also a cloakroom on the ground floor.

The enclosed garden has a table, umbrella and four chairs and is fully enclosed.
