    The open plan living and dining area greet you as you enter from the hallway. The lounge area has a large comfy sofa, a sizeable Smart TV and Bluetooth speakers. The high ceilings and chic décor give it a light and airy feel combining neutral palettes mixed with bold accents of colour which perfectly complement the stunning sea views. A perfect home from home.

    The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cater for your holiday. There is a microwave, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and electric hob and oven. There is also a small dining table that seats up to four, perfect for a morning coffee overlooking the sea.

    The master bedroom has a king-size bed with ample storage. It also has the added benefit of a Smart TV. It has an en-suite with shower, heated towel rail, wash hand basin and WC. This room has stunning views across the Atlantic and with the calming blue, grey and serene white palette it is a real oasis of calm.

    The second bedroom offers flexibility with twin beds that can be linked to form a king-size bed upon request and has ample storage. It is decorated with stylish blue, grey, and white tones with tan accents. It has a Smart TV.

    The third bedroom offers a super king zip and link bed with ample storage. Decorated in serene white with chic accents of colour. Off this room, there is a lovely den area with bean bags and a smart TV with a PlayStation to keep children and adults entertained.

The Carbis Bay train station is only a couple of minutes walk from the apartment and connects St Ives, Lelant and St Erth by train every 30 minutes. Better than driving and it’s only £6 return to St Ives for a family of 4. The beach is only a 5/10 minute walk. The apartment is excellent."
