    The newly installed kitchen is a bright and fresh space, equipped with everything you might need to prepare a delightful home-cooked dinner on evenings when the allure of St Ives' restaurants cannot tempt you away from this wonderful cottage. Fitted with an electric oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, half-sized dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine.

    The cozy dining table, situated in the open-plan living/dining room, comfortably seats four.

    The master bedroom boasts a stunning high vaulted ceiling and original granite stonework around the picturesque window seat. The room is fitted with a king size bed and ample storage.

    The second bedroom, perfect for children, features bunk beds and additional storage.

    The family bathroom is newly renovated and offers a bath with shower over, wash hand basin and WC.

    At the front of the cottage, you will find a small courtyard with charming table and chairs, ideal for morning coffee and people-watching. Additionally, 20 The Warren offers a rear courtyard elevated behind the cottage, treating guests to spectacular sea views.
