  • Relax
    The light and open plan living room, dining room and kitchen stretches across the top floor. This sociable and charming space has views of St Ives Bay and the Cornish Coastline. Take a seat and put your feet up whilst switching on the smart TV, which also offers Sky, the perfect end to any day.

    There is a perfectly placed bench under the window, a great place to watch the sunrise or sunset with a cup or coffee or glass of wine!
  • Dine
    The kitchen offers everything you could want, from a fridge/freezer, oven, hob and microwave to a Nespresso coffee machine and wine cooler. Ample utensils and crockery are also provided.

    Enjoy a home-cooked meal at the dining table that comfortably seats six people and once you are all done, no need to wash up as Willows has a dishwasher!
  • Unwind
    The ground floor generous master bedroom has a double bed and ample storage including a built-in wardrobe and drawers. The master bedroom also has the added benefit of an ensuite!

    The bright second bedroom has a double bed with patio doors leading out onto the courtyard. This bedroom also has a built-in wardrobe and drawers.

    The third bedroom can be configured as two single beds or a double and has plenty of storage.
  • Refresh
    The sleek and modern family bathroom has a bath with a shower head, wash hand basin and WC.

    There is also an en-suite off the master bedroom with shower wash hand basin and a WC.
  • Outside
    Willows has a gorgeous bonus of an outside enclosed and private courtyard with rattan furniture, a gas or charcoal BBQ, and a fire pit. This suntrap is an ideal spot to enjoy your evening cocktails and nibbles or to dine alfresco.

  • Access Statement – Access to Willows is via a small staircase consisting of three steps from the parking area. There is then a further two steps through the front door.
