The modern open planned living area joins with the dining area and kitchen to offer a gorgeous and social space to catch with family and friends. The chic sofa is situated next to the charming stone wall of the property. Finished with a Smart flat screen TV and coffee table, Burrow Cottage is the perfect place to relax on your holidays.

To make your holiday stress free the stylish kitchen is fitted with everything you could possibly need. It has a range of appliances such as an electric hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven with a grill and microwave.

After utilising the kitchen, take a seat at the six chaired dining table, ideal for family and friends.
Unwind

This three bedroom abode has a master bedroom situated on the top floor. It offers an en-suite with a shower, WC and hand wash basin and kingsize bed with two bedside tables. If that is not enough, the master bedroom also two armchairs and a dressing table. These are placed under the windows, which fill the room up with light, sit back and relax and watch the world go by. There is also a Smart TV.

The second bedroom on the first floor is fitted with a double bed and bedside tables.

The third bedroom, is also furnished with a double bed and has a mirror and chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe, offering ample storage for all your holiday outfits!

Access Statement – There are no steps to the front door of Burrow Cottage. However, please note that there is one small step down into the property directly after the front door.

If you would like to bring your furry friend with you please let us know, all we ask is an additional £20.00 charge per dog.
Please note, Burrow Cottage sits above an apartment Little Burrows. However, Burrow Cottage has its own private entrance on Burrow Road and there are no interconnecting doors between the two properties.

"Burrow Cottage is a prime location in the beating heart of St Ives. You are spoilt for choice for excellent beaches, all of which are within 3 minute walks. Once you have escaped to the cottage there is plenty to keep you occupied in the form of walks, swimming and surfing, lovely cafés, good restaurants and shops bearing gifts and excellent local produce for cooking a meal. The cottage itself has been modernised to a high standard whilst retaining its original character. If you like St Ives and love to be very local to the beach, this is a cottage you should consider."
