    The spacious living area is situated on the ground floor and includes two large comfy sofas, two snug armchairs, large wall mounted smart TV, two feature fireplaces one with a working woodburner. The sea views from the large widow are breathtaking overlooking The Island and Godrevy Lighthouse.

    The contemporary open plan kitchen and dining room is well equipped with a large fridge freezer with ice maker, microwave, electric oven and gas hob, Nespresso coffee machine , dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

    The large dining table comfortably seats up to eight guests and is perfect for large family dinners or for that special occasion.

    The large master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, wall mounted smart TV and stunning sea views, there is also an ensuite bathroom with a heritage bath, walk in rainfall shower, heated towel rail, wash-hand basin, and WC.

    The second bedroom has a double-sized bed, ample storage, and stunning views across Porthmeor and Godrevy Lighthouse. There is also an ensuite shower room, heated towel rail, wash-hand basin, and WC.

    The third bedroom offers a king size zip and link bed, ample storage, and a Smart TV. The fourth bedroom has bunk beds.
