Tregarth is an impressive three-story townhouse that has been tastefully decorated throughout and provides accommodation for up to ten guests.

Located in a private cul-de-sac, with five beautiful bedrooms, parking for one car and a large south facing terrace to the front offering stunning sea views of St Ives, as well as a large private garden opposite the property.

Tregarth is the perfect holiday home to enjoy St Ives’ blue flag beaches, wonderful shops, galleries, and restaurants and is ideal for friends and families alike.

  • Relax
    As you enter through the front door you are greeted with a grand staircase and stunning original tiled flooring. To the right is the large living area which is divided into two areas. The lounge area benefits from stunning sea views and an elegant, original open fireplace and a large comfy sofa and three signature chairs. The smaller lounge area has two large comfy sofas, a Smart TV and DVD player and an inbuilt bookcase that is full of varied reading material for those who would like to relax and unwind and broaden their horizons. The high ceilings, original features and bohemian décor give Tregarth its unique character.

    The elegant kitchen is well equipped with a Bosch electric oven with a warming drawer, a large gas hob, microwave, coffee machine, a large in-built fridge/freezer as well as an additional in-built smaller fridge, a wine fridge, and a dishwasher.

    The large wooden dining table comfortably seats up to ten guests and is perfect for large family dinners or for that special celebration. A highchair is also provided.

    The utility room located off the kitchen has a WC, wash basin, washing machine and tumble dryer.

  • Unwind

    Located on the top floor the master bedroom is bright and modern with a king-size bed and ample storage. The grey, blue, and pink hues are reminiscent of the beautiful waters and sunsets that surround St Ives. It also benefits from having a large ensuite rainfall shower.

    The second bedroom has a king-size bed, ample storage, and stunning views over St Ives. There is also an ensuite shower room, wash-hand basin, and WC.

    The third bedroom offers two single beds with ample storage. The fourth bedroom offers a two single beds, washbasin and storage. The fifth bedroom offers bunk beds with ample storage.

  • Refresh

    There is a family bathroom on the first floor with a bath and separate shower, washbasin, and heated towel rail.

    On the top floor, there is a large ensuite shower room with a rainfall shower, WC, washbasin and heated towel rail

    There is a further ensuite shower room on the first floor with WC, washbasin, and heated towel rails.

    There is also a separate WC on the first floor.

    The utility room located off the kitchen has a WC, wash basin, washing machine and tumble dryer.

  • Outside
    The large, private, and enclosed garden opposite the holiday home is a real gem and benefits from a delightful Summer House. There is a terrace area to the front of the property with a table, a great space for alfresco dining in the summer months making Tregarth a great choice for entertaining family and friends.

    A small paved terraced yard area with an external shower is located to the rear, great for washing the sand off from days on the beach.

  • “Me and 3 friends went to stay in this property in early October, we had an excellent time, the property is very spacious and clean and had everything you need, we all had our own room with 2 of the bedrooms having en-suites . It is situated a couple of minutes’ walk from all the restaurants, bars and the beach, so is in a great location. We drove to the property and there was space for parking which made it very easy! Would definitely recommend to anybody and stay here again!”

  • “I am just back from a perfect Christmas spent at Tregarth in St Ives. There were 3 generations of a family of 10, and it was perfect for all of us. Beautiful en suites for the older ones, pretty bunk bed room for the little ones with a great family bathroom for the kids… and the location couldn’t be better. Its close enough to town to pop in when you need some more milk, but elevated so that you get a stunning view of the bay from the front of the house. The house is decorated in a really fun way, with some lovely artwork and having the double reception room at Christmas was great as there was enough room for all the kids presents/mess! Just be ready for a short sharp climb towards the end of the walk home, but its needed to work off that cider and pasty! Being in the town was spot on, and I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else again when down in St Ives. St Ives itself was better than we had expected, stunning beaches, friendly people and some incredible restaurants. Can’t wait to come back.”

  • “We had the pleasure of staying at Tregarth for a Family Holiday during October half term 2021, a group of 4 adults and 3 young children. On arrival, there was a clearly marked space for one vehicle right outside the property, with off-street parking and car parks for additional cars a few minutes’ walk away. The house is in a fantastic spot up on the hill with fabulous views across St Ives bay. When we walked up the steps and entered the stunning 3 storey townhouse, our breath was taken away by this luxurious and well-decorated home! The house was very clean, welcoming and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and well laid out with everything you could wish for a home away from home. The welcome pack sets it apart from other holiday rentals – a very personable touch and put us straight in the Cornish holiday mood. With 5 bedrooms (2 en suite) there was plenty of room for the children to play and explore. The Master Bedroom on the third floor was remarkable, especially the views of St Ives! The location was fantastic only a few minutes walk into town and to the beach. Would thoroughly recommend this house and will rent it again next time we holiday in Cornwall.”

  • “Tregarth is incredible. Big 5-bedroom, Victorian home with lots of character. The hosts were very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. The place was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few nights stay.

    The neighbourhood outside the house had a lot of life within walking distance. However, it was very quiet on its private road. The house was a 2-3 minute walk to the harbour and close to lots of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and pubs. This is definitely the perfect place to stay in St Ives whether you’re with your family or a group of friends.

    Finally, we enjoyed our stay so much we have just booked to come back for a long weekend within 2 months of our first visit!”
