    The open plan living, dining and kitchen area has been tastefully decorated with a contemporary and modern vibe. The living area boasts underfloor heating, a cosy, sumptuous sofa, signature chairs, Smart TV, a log burner, and a “cocktail corner” with its own “Ring for Rose” bell perfect for a relaxing sundowner after a long day at the beach. With stunning wooden floors and elegant white walls, it has a chic yet bohemian feel.

    The elegant white and grey kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, coffee machine, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washer/dryer.

    The dining table, with its dramatic overhead lighting, comfortably seats up to eight guests and is perfect for family dinners or for that special celebration.

    Located on the top floor, the master bedroom is modern with a tasteful nautical vibe with a king size bed, ample storage and an ensuite bathroom. It also has the added benefit of a desk.

    Three further bedrooms are located on the first floor. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, has ample storage, and is decorated with a naturalistic vibe.

    The third bedroom has two single beds, ample storage and is decorated with bright oranges, pinks, yellows, and whites.

    The fourth bedroom offers bunk beds, ample storage and is decorated with calming neutral tones.

    There is a family bathroom on the first floor with a charming roll top bath and a large walk-in shower, WC, washbasin, and heated towel rail.
