The open plan living and dining room, with stunning sea views across Carbis Bay, is furnished with a deep comfortable sofa, two arm chairs and Smart TV, making this an ideal space for spending time with family and friends.

The galley kitchen is stocked with everything you need to whip up a hearty meal for nights spent at home with a gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and Espresso coffee machine.

The dining area has seating for four.

The master bedroom has great flexibility with a zip and link bed which can be made up as a super king size bed or two twin beds, there is also a built in wardrobe, dressing table and TV. Off the master bedroom is an ensuite bathroom with rainforest shower, WC and hand wash basin.

The second bedroom has a stately king sized bed and ample storage.

Access Statement – Wingtips is an apartment located on the second floor. From the carpark, the building is accessed down a flight of stairs consisting of fourteen steps, followed by one step up into the building. Once inside the property, there is a lift available for guests’ use. However, should the stairs be used, please note there are a further six flights of stairs consisting of thirty steps to second floor where the apartment is located.

Parking Dimensions are 2.2m wide by 4.8m long

A very nice apartment with two comfortable bedrooms and a nice living room. Nicely decorated and a well equipped kitchen. Close to the beach and the coastal path.
"The communication from the start from Cornish Escapes was excellent, emails in advance to tell me what to expect. All very clear instructions and easy to find the apartment. Location was key for us and it was perfect, including parking so could walk five minutes to Carbis Bay beach, with no worries of where to park. Loads of places around to eat and drink, and folders with all the information and number of local restaurants and tourist attractions too. The property was so clean and welcoming, felt like home from home, greeted with tea, coffee, sugar and milk in the fridge. The beds were so comfy, we had the best nights sleep and two bathrooms, with towels provided, made it so much easier. Couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay. You had a view of the beach from the lounge, obviously having Wi-Fi is a bonus too. We couldn’t fault this apartment and it made the holiday even more perfect knowing you had such a lovely place to go back to. There was nothing I can say we didn’t like, honestly it was a dream apartment in the perfect location.”
