Relax

Located on the first floor is the double fronted living room which has stunning high ceilings and is the perfect space for relaxing with friends and family. With stunning views across Porthminster Beach and St Ives Town, the living room features a large comfortable sofa, love seat, log burner and Smart TV.

Also on the first floor is a cosy snug with sofa and picture window looking out over the cottage garden to Porthminster Beach.

On the ground floor there is an elevated area with a workstation and beautiful views.

The recently refurbished kitchen comes complete with traditional AGA, separate oven, Belfast sink and dishwasher.

Leading off the kitchen you will find the large dining room with feature log burner and seating for six, perfect for entertaining, and sash windows with traditional wooden shutters, ideal for taking in the view.

Off the dining room you will find an old-fashioned pantry with fridge/freezer.

There is a further laundry room fitted with washing machine, tumble dryer and storage.
Unwind

The master bedroom is located on the ground floor with opulent king-sized bed, chaise and ample storage.

The second bedroom, on the first floor, offers two single beds and ensuite featuring shower, WC and wash hand basin.

The third bedroom is situated in the annex accessible through the cottage garden offering peaceful privacy with a king-sized bed and ensuite with shower, WC and wash hand basin.

Alongside the two ensuite bathrooms, there is a large family bathroom situated on the ground floor and has a double rainforest shower, WC and wash hand basin.
Outside

There is a wildflower cottage garden with patio area and large table comfortably seating six with a charcoal BBQ making Primrose Cottage ideal for a relaxing in the evening and enjoying a glass of wine while taking in the stunning sea views and warm summer nights.

There is also an outside shower and hanging space for wetsuits.

There is also secure storage for surfboards and beach supplies.

"A short walk to a beautiful sandy beach and food outlets. Also, a short walk into St Ives. The cottage had great views of the sea and you were close enough to hear the waves on the shore. The garden had a seating area on the sea view side which was lovely and an outside dining area next to the barbecue on the other side. The lounge upstairs also faced the sea which offered wonderful views of the beach and sea. The outside hot and cold shower was an excellent addition and a big help when returning from a sandy beach."

"The property was better than we expected. The garden was larger that it appeared online, which allowed our two year old plenty of room to burn off energy. We loved the location allowing us easy access to the beach, and a quick walk to the center of town. Cornish Escapes was very responsive and helpful. The welcome bag with coffee, tea, etc. was terrific, plus the bag came in handy for grocery shopping. I would certainly recommend this property!"
"Beautiful place to stay, missing it already! A 'must book' for your next St Ives holiday. My elderly father, who has walking difficulties as he is disabled, found St Ives itself hard to walk around as it’s very hilly etc. which sadly meant he couldn’t get about very well. However, the house was so beautiful he spent a lot of time in the garden admiring the sea view and was very happy. The small welcome touches are also much welcome after a 7-hour drive."
