- Access Statement – Manderley Penthouse is an apartment located on the second floor of a Victorian Townhouse. The building is accessed via a flight of stone steps consisting of nine steps. Once inside the property, there is a further two flights of stairs consisting of twenty-six steps to the front door of the apartment.
