A lovely clean and modern holiday home. Parking was a real bonus. In a great location.

Very comfortable and attractive accommodation with incredible views and very close to Porthminster beach and St Ives. A great base to explore this wonderful part of Cornwall - car parking was a major bonus!

A lovely holiday home with the most gorgeous views of St Ives harbour. St Ives is a lovely town and we totally recommend staying, we could have stayed longer.

We had a great stay and would not hesitate to book again.

In March 2023 I was thrilled to receive news that my family and I were competition winners of a 7 day June break at the Wave Watching Apartment located in St Ives, Cornwall, organised through Cornish Escapes. On arrival at the apartment, our first impressions were simply - "WOW". It was absolutely beautiful and the views were stunning. We really felt very lucky. We received a complimentary welcome pack of high-quality goodies and excitedly settled into our luxurious three-bedroom apartment. The rooms were beautifully decorated, spacious, tasteful and full of character. Two of the bedrooms and the living room had glorious ocean views. We didnt need the television because we were mesmerized with the unobstructed, breakthrough views. The nearby beaches were easily within walking distance and were similarly beautiful. We loved exploring the local area and found a charming little cove to while away our days. The apartment was family-orientated and thoughtfully contained books, games and puzzles to occupy minds during inclement weather. Local independent shops and amenities were quaint, individual and utterly lovely. These are situated all around in ancient streets which are well worth exploring. We all had a fantastic time and made some wonderful memories. A wonderful place to visit.

Wave Watching is in a great location with free undercover parking for one car and a short walk into St Ives (even shorter when the tide is out!) with Porthminster beach just down the road. The property is over three floors and the view gets better and better the further up you climb. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and plenty of space for the three of us. Very impressed with the welcome pack. A great stay, Thank you.

A great house in a perfect location; only a short walk into town centre and even less of a walk to get to the beach. Incredible view from the living room windows and the house was spotless throughout. The team were always available to answer questions and provided a lovely goodie bag at the property consisting of coffee, tea and some biscuits. A massive bonus was the on-site parking, which you will definitely require because all the public spots are taken up incredibly quickly. 5/5 Highly recommend.

A fantastic and relaxing place to stay! Very central to the beach and St Ives proper. We really loved the spacious apartment, especially the attic bedroom where you wake up to the wonder St Ives town down below! Would love to return again soon.

This is a lovely place. Stunning views from the window. All newly done up, with nice decor and comfortable beds. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house overlooks Porthminster Beach allowing you to relax and watch the waves coming into the bay and see the fishing boats head in and out of the harbour. It has everything you need and the house was extremely clean and tidy. We had a great relaxing stay and will definitely be back!
