A short walk from the beautiful and often deserted mile long stretch of golden sands at Porthkidney and the West of Cornwall Golf Club, around the bay from St Ives, and within a short drive of St Michael’s Mount, Gwithian and Godrevey, Merlins is perfectly situated to explore the whole of the West Cornwall Peninsula and to take advantage of the huge array of arts, cultural, sporting and outdoor activities that are on offer.

Within easy walking distance there is a variety of pubs, restaurants and cafes to sample local delights.

    The large open plan lounge/dining room with Smart TV has ample luxurious seating ideal for a get together with family and friends.

    ​Off the hallway is a study, perfect for those who still have to work while on holiday and when you’re finished there are books and games in the study for everyone to enjoy.

    In the well presented dining area, there is a magnificent large table which seats ten comfortably, perfect for family dining. The patio doors makes the dining area light and airy and gives easy access to the courtyard garden which has seating perfect to enjoy a sunny evening after a busy day exploring.

    This well equipped kitchen has everything you will need to cater for your holiday.

    There is an integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave.

    There is the added bonus of a separate utility room with WC and washing machine.

    On the first floor there is a luxury master bedroom with kingsize bed and TV. There is a walk in wardrobe with drawers and an en-suite with shower, WC and wash hand basin.

    Also on this floor, is a twin room with hanging space and bedside table and a double room with ample storage.

    On the second floor is a further generous kingsize bedroom with lots of storage and a light and airy twin room with drawers

    The family bathroom is located on the floor and has a bath with shower over, WC and wash basin.

    The master bedroom on the first floor has an en suite with shower, WC and wash basin.

    ​The second floor has a further bathroom with WC, wash hand basin and bath with shower over.

    The patio doors give easy access to the courtyard garden that offers seating perfect for relaxing with friends and family after a busy day exploring.

    ​To the front of the property there is a small front garden with seating for two to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the world go by.

    To the rear of the property there is a parking space and a garage for a second car if needed.
