    On the first floor is the cosy lounge with comfortable seating and Smart TV with PlayStation 3 and XBox. This room also benefits from a beautiful original decorative fireplace.

    From the ground floor, the fully fitted kitchen diner is well equipped with a range cooker, integrated microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer. The dining area with seating for eight is perfect for a family get together and there is a Bose speaker to enjoy your favourite music.
  • Unwind
    On the first there is a double bedroom with ample storage. On the second floor are a further three bedrooms and a shower room. There are two kingsize bedrooms and wardrobes. There is a smaller room with bunk beds.
  • Refresh
    Just off the kitchen is the family bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. Very handy when you come back from a day on the beach!

  • A brilliant long weekend during the heatwave! The location was perfect as we were in the middle of St Ives and the beach was a 3 minute walk away. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Parking spot is super useful to have. The tea, coffee etc.. was also a welcomed bonus! Would definitely recommend.
  • A beautiful character cottage with plenty of room for a large group. The location could not be anymore central so the sea, restaurants, shops and everything you want are literally in your doorstep. The car parking space for the property is in a very convenient car park around the corner from the house - approximately 3 mins away. The bedrooms are very luxurious and the kitchen space/ dinning area are really lovely. We would definitely stay again.
