With parking for one car, this holiday home is an ideal base for a relaxing family holiday, away from the hustle and bustle of the town but still only a short walk to the restaurants and beaches that make St Ives such a sort-after holiday destination.

  • Relax
    The open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen are situated on the second floor. There is a TV/DVD with games, DVD’s and books and large sliding patio doors leading out to the balcony, an ideal space to enjoy your morning coffee.
  • Dine
    The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with electric oven and halogen hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and a washing machine/tumble dryer. The dining table comfortable seats six.
  • Unwind

    The master bedroom is spacious and tastefully decorated with a kingsize bed and ample storage. The picturesque port-hole window offers wonderful sea views towards Godrevy Lighthouse. There is a roomy seaside themed shower ensuite with WC and basin.

    The remaining three bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The second bedroom has a double bed, the third bedroom has a bunk bed (photographs pending) and the fourth bedroom has a single bed. All bedrooms have ample storage.

    Located on the ground floor is the family bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and basin. There is a further ensuite shower room off the master bedroom with WC and basin.
