Terms and Conditions:

• This giveaway is open to guests who book their 2023 holiday through the Cornish Escapes website (www.cornish-escapes.com) between Friday, 20 January 2023 and Friday, 3 February 2023.
• Employees of the above named party, their family members, or anyone else connected in any way with the creation/implementation of the giveaway will not be permitted to enter.
• The giveaway will commence at 17:00 GMT on Friday, 20 January 2023 and all entries must be received by 23:59 GMT on Friday, 3 February 2023. Cornish Escapes accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, ineligible, corrupted or fail to be submitted by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid.
• To enter, entrants must place a booking for a holiday arriving within 2023 through the Cornish Escapes website (www.cornish-escapes.com) and pay the required deposit or balance payment as per Cornish Escapes’ booking Terms and Conditions.
• One winner will be selected at random (using Google Random Number Generator) and announced at approx. 4pm on the Monday, 6 February 2023. They will be contacted privately via the details provided on their booking to arrange receipt of their prize. The winner must supply a valid email address to claim their prize.
• The prize for a chartered ride for up to 12 guests on The Nemo, St Ives must be claimed between Saturday, 1 April 2023 and Saturday, 28 October 2023.  Please note, due to the nature of this prize, advance booking will be required, and the resulting ride may be postponed in the event of extreme weather conditions.
• Cornish Escapes decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
• Prize is non-transferrable and must be redeemed on these given dates. No cash alternative will be offered.
• Prize is subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, both parties’ reserve the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the competition without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
• The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner and any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party.
• This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or any other social network. You are providing your submission to Cornish Escapes and not to any other party.
• These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
