The Loft

The comfortable living room, located on the ground floor, features an original stone wall and is the ideal place to relax after a long day of exploring. The French doors open up into the courtyard supplying lots of natural light. There is a TV and DVD player ready to use.

The mezzanine located above the main kitchen and dining area is furnished with bean bags and cushions and is an ideal nook for the kids to relax or for the whole family to play games!

The well-equipped kitchen on the first floor has plenty of utensils and crockery to whip up a dinner for the whole family as well as a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and countertop freezer. There is also a washing machine located on the ground floor.

There is also a convenient kitchenette off the living room on the ground floor. This includes a kettle, fridge and sink, so there is no need to leave the living room to make your cuppa or enjoy a cold refreshment.

On the first floor, you will find the airy dining area with table with seating for eight people, with blue flooring reflecting the blue hues of Cornwall, you really will feel like you’re eating in a classic Cornish cottage

The master bedroom, situated on the first floor, has a vibrant yellow floor and double bed with plenty of storage including a chest of drawers and wardrobe.

Also located on the first floor, the second bedroom has a king size bed nestled into the wall with a wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The third bedroom situated on the ground floor and has twin beds also with ample storage. This bedroom is located just off the living room, making it ideal for keeping an eye on the little ones while winding down at the end of the day.

The main bathroom has a shower with a detachable shower head, a bath, a WC and a wash hand basin.

The second bathroom is on the ground floor and features a shower with a detachable shower head, a WC and a wash hand basin.

The Loft has a courtyard with a table and chairs for four. The courtyard is sheltered and ideal to enjoy your meal al fresco or sip a cocktail in any weather. With gated access from the street, this also makes a perfect storage area for surfboards and wetsuits.
