The kitchen is stocked with all mod-cons including an induction hob, integrated oven, microwave, dishwasher, large American fridge-freezer with water dispenser and Tassimo coffee machine.

The stylish dining table comfortably seats up to eight guests and is perfect for large family dinners or for that special celebration, there is also a three-seater sofa in the dining area, perfect for enjoying a relaxing drink while dinner is cooking.

There is also a sizeable utility room on the ground floor where you will find the washing machine and dryer as well as a sink.

​The large master bedroom is decorated natural tones with a king-sized bed, complementary artwork, a stylish dressing table and ample storage space with views across Porth Beach. There is also an ensuite shower room, wash-hand basin, and WC.

The second bedroom is tastefully decorated with blues and creams and has beautiful artwork to match. There is a king-size bed dressing table and large hanging area with built in drawers.

The third bedroom has a king-sized bed, muted green soft furnishings and artwork for a relaxing stay, there is also a hanging area with built in drawers.

The fourth bedroom has two single beds and a hanging area and drawers.

There is a large storage cupboard on the landing with a suitcase storage area beside it.

There is a large family bathroom situated on the second floor fitted with a bath and separate wet room, WC, heated towel rail, and wash hand basin.

A further shower room is located on the ground floor with an additional WC, heated towel rail, and wash hand basin.

There is also an ensuite shower room off the master bedroom, a wash hand basin, and WC.

The private courtyard at the side of the property is a wonderful sun trap in the summer months, with plenty of outside seating and charcoal BBQ ideal for alfresco dining. Outside the first floor, you will find a luxury hot tub.

The double garage has been converted into a games room with table tennis, a Bonzini football table and an original Guns and Roses pinball machine. It is also a perfect area to store all your wet suits and beach items after a day in the sand and surf.
