The main living area is situated on the ground floor and includes two comfy two-seater sofas, a signature tub chair, Smart TV, striking artwork, feature fireplace and patio doors leading out to the sizeable garden

There is also an additional living area which includes a large sofa, a signature comfy chair and a wall mounted TV and DVD player.

The gorgeous, farmhouse style, “Lichen” Farrow and Ball colour scheme kitchen is well equipped with a Belfast sink, an electric oven and induction hob, built in microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, and a large fridge/freezer.

The striking dining table comfortably seats up to six guests and is perfect for large family dinners or for that special celebration.

The master bedroom offers a king size bed, ample storage, a dressing table area and picturesque garden and countryside views

The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has ample storage.

The third bedroom has twin beds and ample storage.

There is a family bathroom on the first floor with a deep bath and a separate, large rainfall shower, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.

"Both the property and Cornish Escapes were excellent. Firstly the property; the location was super, it was a short drive into St Ives or a short walk to the rugby club to then get on a bus. As for the house itself, it is much bigger than the photos implied. The kitchen/diner was really well equipped and has every mod cons on the appliance front. The living room is a fantastic space easily accommodating the five of us and the bedrooms worked out brilliantly for three kids. Bathrooms are equally modern and give a real wow factor. Cornish Escapes, and Lynne in particular, were superb. The comms in advance of the stay were spot on, really welcoming and informative. The full brief in advance gave us everything we needed to know, there was a most welcome mid-break clean as well. All in all, fab!"
