    The expansive open plan living/kitchen/dining area is situated on the first floor and includes a large comfy corner sofa, a signature snug armchair, sizeable smart TV, and a feature fireplace. Large widows and high ceilings surround this room allowing light to stream in creating a bright and spacious feel with partial sea views towards St Ives.

    The contemporary, sleek black kitchen and dining room is well equipped with a large fridge freeze, microwave, electric oven and hob and dishwasher.

    The large dining table comfortably seats up to six guests and is perfect for large family dinners or for that special occasion.

  • Unwind

    The large master bedroom is located on the first floor, offering a king-sized bed, smart TV, and ample storage.

    The second bedroom is located on the mezzanine level overlooking the open plan living space and offers two single beds with ample storage.

    The third bedroom is located on the ground floor and offers a double sized bed, ample storage, and a Smart TV. There is also an ensuite cloakroom, WC, and wash-hand basin.
