    The open plan kitchen, dining and living area includes a comfortable large L-shaped sofa with oak flooring and a sizeable Smart TV. Floor to ceiling glass doors lead out onto the garden and patio area. There is underfloor heating throughout, operated by an environmentally conscious heat-exchanger.
  • Dine

    The contemporary, tasteful kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven and hob, Nespresso coffee machine, wine cooler and dishwasher.

    There is seating for two at the breakfast bar and a dining table which comfortably seats up to six guests, perfect for large family dinners or that special celebration.

  • Unwind

    The large master bedroom has a six-foot king-sized bed, smart TV, dressing table/desk area, and fitted wardrobes with ample storage. Glass doors open out onto the private patio and lawned garden area. There is also an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in rainfall shower, heated towel rail, wash-hand basin, and WC.

    The second bedroom has a king-sized bed, fitted wardrobes with ample storage and Smart TV. The third bedroom offers two three-foot single beds and ample storage.

    There is a family bathroom with a full-sized bath and overhead shower, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.

    There is also an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in rainfall shower, heated towel rail, wash-hand basin, and WC.

  • Outside

    There is a delightful private lawned garden and a patio area with dining furniture and rattan sofas to sit up to six guests comfortably, a wonderful sanctuary where you can enjoy sundowners, a morning coffee or dine al fresco

    There is an outdoor surf store, where guests can choose from a selection of beach chairs, beach games, children’s body boards, wind breaks, buckets, and spades perfect for a busy day at the beach.

    The complex also offers an outside shower which is shared with other tenants.
