    As you enter through the front door you are greeted with the light and airy contemporary living area which benefits from large sliding patio doors that allow light to flood through to a relaxing living space with a large statement sofa, a beautiful modern electric fireplace and a large wall-mounted Smart TV. Gorgeous wooden floors and high ceilings only add to the charm of this room.

    On the first floor the open plan living, dining and kitchen area has been tastefully decorated with a chic, modern vibe. The living area boasts plush bean bags, a children’s den and a comfy sofa.

    The statement wooden dining table comfortably seats up to ten guests and is perfect for family dinners or for that special celebration. Sliding doors open onto the balcony where you can watch the dramatic Cornish sunsets.

    The elegant open plan kitchen is well equipped with two electric ovens, a large induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, two large American Fridge/freezers with water dispensers and a dishwasher.

    Located on the first floor the master bedroom is bright and modern with a king-size bed and ample storage. The blue hues are reminiscent of the beautiful waters that surround St Ives accentuated by the marine-inspired furnishings from Cream Cornwall. It also benefits from having a large ensuite with a bath and separate rainfall shower and a private balcony area where you can enjoy the glorious sea views.

    The four other bedrooms are located on the ground floor and are all King-sized beds but two have the flexibility with a zip and link bed which can be made up as a king or twin beds. . All have ample storage and ensuite shower rooms.

    There is a large family bathroom on the ground floor with a bath and an overhead rainfall shower, WC, washbasin, and heated towel rail.

It also benefits from a garage/utility room with a table tennis table.
