  • Relax
    The open plan living/kitchen/dining area is located on the top floor. The room has amazing views across the Harbour and town – a real ‘Wow’ factor. The bi fold doors can be opened to reveal the true splendour that St Ives has to offer as well as presenting ample space to relax and unwind. There is a large mounted Smart TV and the lounge area boasts a large comfy corner sofa and a signature blue snug chair which streams with light from the glass roof and large window with amazing Harbour views.

    The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave.

    The dining table comfortably seats up to six guests and is perfect for large family dinners or for that special celebration.

    The master bedroom offers a double bed and ample storage and a Smart TV. It also has the added benefit of an ensuite shower room.
