    An open plan kitchen/diner with a sophisticated designer feel has been beautifully and tastefully decorated. The kitchen has a breakfast bar feature too and comes fully equipped with all modern appliances including a Lavazza Nespresso coffee machine with handy milk frother and integrated washing machine.
    There is also a dining table and seating for four.

    Upstairs you will find the two immaculately presented bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an ensuite dual head shower with rainforest and handheld attachments, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. This room has stunning views across the rooftops of St Ives and beyond to the sea. The second good size bedroom has twin beds with equally pleasing maritime vistas.

    A luxurious and eye-catching family bathroom features a stunning freestanding contemporary bath, WC, basin and heated towel rail. The master bedroom on the second floor is ensuite and features a shower room.

  • Access Statement – Jesse’s Place is a first-floor apartment. To access Jesse’s Place there is one step through the front door followed by a staircase consisting of fifteen steps to the first floor. Please note, there are additional narrow steep stairs between the lounge and the bedrooms situated on the upper floor. There is restricted head height in the master bedroom due to the eaves.
