On the ground floor you will find the first of two lounges with seating perfectly placed to make the most of the amazing views. There is a TV and a feature fireplace.
The second lounge has a huge L-shaped luxurious sofa facing the window to take in the amazing views. There is a contemporary fire with remote control and TV to relax and unwind after a busy day.
The kitchen on the ground floor is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven and a microwave. There is a separate utility area.
The stairs to the first floor lead to a fabulous second kitchen with a double American style fridge freezer and range cooker. The cupboard in the kitchen houses a slimline dishwasher, washer/dryer and a steam iron.
From the kitchen there is a beautifully decorated dining room with feature fireplace and contemporary dining table which seats six.
To the rear of the ground floor lounge is a kingsize bed so that you can wake up and still take in the view. The master bedroom is situated on the top floor and has a kingsize bed, divine carpet and built in wardrobes. The sea views from the bedroom are simply amazing.
The second bedroom is also situated on the top floor and has two single beds that can be configured as a super kingsize bed.
RefreshThe ground floor bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and wash hand basin. The top floor bathroom has a roll top bath and a separate double walk in shower cubicle with toilet and wash hand basin.
Outside there is a tiered decking area with seating to sit and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the views across Porthminster beach and beyond and enjoy the added benefit of the fire should the evening get a bit chilly.
There is also an outside shower with wet suit storage.

“Zareba is a beautifully stylish and comfortable house. The views of St Ives are fabulous. The walk into town takes about ten minutes. The ground floor flat is useful if you have an aged parent with as we did. We had some lovely sunny breakfasts outside on the terrace.”
