The open plan lounge/diner is a light comfortable room with oak flooring, original features and modern seating. It has a large Smart TV, DVD, Wifi and a small selection of DVDs. The large eight place dining table is perfect for the family get together.

The kitchen is well equipped with Neff gas hob and electric double oven, integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher. It also has a breakfast table.
Unwind

On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with fabulous bay window and high ceilings, there is a king size bed and ample storage. The two twin bedrooms are also located on this floor, with a travel cot supplied for guests use. The converted attic provides a further double room with dorma windows to the front and rear offering distant sea views.
Refresh

There is a great family bathroom with bath and separate shower with under floor heating, plus a further separate WC. Visitors to the beach will particularly like the downstairs shower room with underfloor heating.
Outside

A small enclosed outside area is available with seating which is ideal for quiet relaxation on a summer evening. This patio area leads to the private car parking spaces.

Sea Ayr can also be accessed via the front door where there is one step followed by a stone path and then a further step to the front door. Please note, this holiday home is located over three floors and guests’ will be required to climb stairs.
