Our marketing strategy is designed to maximise your occupancy rates and maximise your return.


You know that your property is fantastic, our role is to spread the word to make sure other people know this and can enjoy your holiday home for themselves. Here at Cornish Escapes, on average we invest £1,000 per property on marketing each year with a joined up approach to promoting your holiday home on and off-line.

Cornish Escapes has its own website (cornish-escapes.com) and your holiday home will have its own individual entry which will include descriptions, photographs, calendar and directly link to an online booking system. Upon joining Cornish Escapes, we will develop your listings for you, ensuring that your holiday home is marketed effectively.

We also partner with other holiday booking websites to help spread the catchment for prospective customers, this supports the bookings that come through on the Cornish Escapes website.

The website is designed to enable a smooth user experience. Using Search Engine Optimisation techniques our team work hard to maximise ranking on Google and we have an ongoing SEO strategy in place.

Social Media also plays a vital role in driving traffic to our own website and promoting your property. We have a dedicated team that manages the Cornish Escapes social channels, posting regularly about Cornish Escapes as a whole and profiling individual properties throughout the year. We have an impressive number of followers on Instagram and Facebook and these are growing daily.

Digital Marketing comes into its own, in various capacities. Firstly we have paid activity running all year round, with specific campaigns running at key times throughout the year – all activity is intended to maintain awareness and drive bookings. We also take care to keep existing customers engaged through monthly electronic email marketing.

We also advertise in local press and in some key publications such as, ‘Cornwall Living’ and you will see outdoor activity in the form of bus stop advertising at various times in the year, particularly during peak holiday times when footfall is heavier.
